You do not have to navigate this alone! We all need help sometimes. Using an integrated client centered approach, Haily collaborates with clients to help them achieve their goals. We will meet at the park or via telehealth for our session. Outdoor sessions are available in most weather.

Life can be overwhelming at times. Some times a "traditional" 60 minute session is not enough. This session is for those who want a little more time to explore or process emotions. We will meet at the park or via telehealth for our session. Outdoor sessions are available in most weather.

Have you ever wanted to process emotions with a professional while hiking? This option is for you! We will meet at the trailhead and hike together at your pace. You are responsible for bringing needed gear, snacks, and water. Available during most weather.
