Hello, I'm Haily!

I’m Haily (they/she), a neurodivergent, polyamorous, queer therapist who specializes in nature-based therapy, sex and sexuality concerns, kink and BDSM, LGBTQIAP+ identities and experiences, and mood disorders.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and mutual respect. My approach centers on building a strong therapeutic alliance where you can feel seen, affirmed, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify your goals, navigate challenges, and build on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, processing life's challenges, or seeking greater connection with yourself, I strive to provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full self.

My Story

I’m a polyamorous, queer, sex-positive, and neurodivergent therapist with a deep love for nature and a genuine passion for helping people. I bring authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental approach into every therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing happens when people feel safe enough to show up as their full selves, and I strive to create a space where that feels possible.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the hospitality industry as a chef and educator. During that time, I trained others, helped businesses grow, and discovered how much I valued supporting people in their personal and professional development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized I wanted to help people in a different way and returned to school to earn my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working toward becoming an AASECT-certified sex therapist and am nature therapy certified (levels 1 and 2).

Since 2023, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan in individual, couples, family, and group therapy. My clinical interests include sexuality and intimacy concerns, kink and BDSM, consensual non-monogamy and polyamory, LGBTQIAP+ identities and experiences, mood disorders, trauma and nature-based therapy.

I believe each person is shaped by a unique combination of biology, relationships, culture, lived experiences, and the systems they navigate. Because of this, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use an integrative, collaborative approach that is tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. Rather than assuming I have all the answers, I bring my clinical knowledge while recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, build on your existing strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

The clients who choose to work with me often value authenticity, openness, and a therapist who meets them with compassion instead of judgment. If you're looking for someone who will walk alongside you with curiosity, honesty, and respect, we may be a great fit.

If what you've read resonates with you, I'd love to connect. Feel free to schedule a free consultation, and we can see whether working together feels like the right next step.
